Roles and Responsibilities: Deputize the Senior QC Affairs Manager. Assess compliance of the finished product against regulations, claims, standards, labeling parameters of all the markets where the products are being sold and report the respective KPIs. Support in the management of all the legal, regulatory and customer standards for KDD, for all our markets and ensure they are kept up to date. Liaise with the local authorities in Kuwait and within the wider GSO region to maintain a strong working relationship with KDD. Ensure that Arabic and English translations are available for all standards. Manages quality systems downstream in the supply chain - i.e. warehouses, distribution and eventually customers, including traceability assessment. Provide training on compliance and other quality matters as assign in warehouses, external partners and internally as required. Support the technical approval of artwork for new products and existing product and packaging changes, verify barcodes, and maintain the respective processes in Oracla and RDnl. To work closely and provide guidance to the R&D department to ensure all new products, ingredients and packaging comply to local and internation authority requirements. Supporting the customer complaint process, by communicating those to the QA Team for investigation and replying to customers on investigation results and enquiries from the KDD support website. Support the process of certification of Quality Marks for relevant KDD products and ensuring all renewals are completed in a timely manner. Support in the fresh milk farms management and report the respective weekly and monthly compliance KPIs. Assist in the visits and inspections by all authorities to KDD premises and communicating to the business any required changes. Working with the Purchasing department regarding Co-packed products within the Gulf region. Participate in Adhoc projects or other tasks as assigned by his Senior. <p><span>The Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs (VP-ESA) provides strategic and operational leadership across the student lifecycle, from recruitment and admission through enrollment, student experience, retention, and graduation.</span></p><br>
<p><span>The VP-ESA leads strategic enrollment management and student affairs operations, using data-informed planning to support enrollment, student success, retention, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management.
