<span>Long Description <br><br>Job Summary <br></span><p>The Admin Officer will be in charge of providing administrative support to all functions within the Business</p><br>
<br><br>Job Responsibilities <br><ul>
<li>Handle all administrative and secretarial functions</li>
<li>Maintain all office files and records with confidentiality</li>
<li>Coordinate business schedules and meetings</li>
<li>Coordinate with HR office on all personnel matters</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence</li>
<li>Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system</li>
<li>Liaise between Recruitment and Government Service to follow up the progress of all employees who are going through the residency process</li>
<li>Devise and apply administrative forms, reports and guidelines</li>
<li>Handle stationary and supplies inventory</li>
</ul>
<br><br>Candidate Requirements <br><ul>
<li>Must be a graduate; degree in Business Administration preferred</li>
<li>Strong command of English; preferably also Arabic</li>
<li>Experience in similar positions</li>
<li>Ability to work in stressful situations</li>
<li>Must be proactive and personable</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Expertise in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities</li>
