<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><br> <br> <strong>Job Purpose</strong> <br> <br> Carry out and follow up on food and beverage service tasks, ensure that the restaurant staff is ready to meet various requests, and receive customer orders and serve them efficiently.<br> <br> <strong>In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:</strong> <br> <br> <ul> <li> Setting tables at the beginning of each meal, placing a sufficient number of dinnerware and hospitality drinks on the self-service buffet, and maintaining ease of movement in the dining hall.</li> <li> Ensuring that party equipment is received, ready, clean, and matches the quantities supplied from the warehouse.</li> <li> Receiving and fulfilling customer orders.</li> <li> Continuously cleaning tables after meals and ensuring general hygiene in accordance with company procedures.</li> <li> Fully familiar with the menu to answer any guest inquiries.</li> <li> Knowledge and experience in implementing HACCP standards.</li> <li> Maintaining a high degree of cleanliness and orderliness to reflect the company's image, while adhering to health regulations.</li> <li> Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.</li> <li> Supervising and coordinating with kitchen and warehouse managers in receiving equipment and menus.</li> <li> Greeting and greeting guests and presenting menus.</li> <li> Assisting those responsible for cleaning up after the party in collecting tools and maintaining the party equipment until it is returned to the warehouse.</li> <li> Performing any tasks assigned within the limits of functional management duties and responsibilities.</li> <li> Commitment to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and administrative decisions.</li> </ul> <br> <strong>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:</strong> <br> <br> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong> <br> <ul> <li> Educational Qualification: High School</li> <li> Experience: One year of experience </li> </ul> <strong>Additional Requirements:</strong> <br> <ul> <li> The ability to implement and follow up on food and beverage service tasks.</li> <li> The ability to ensure that the restaurant staff is ready to meet various requests, receive customer orders, and serve them efficiently.</li> <li> Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.</li> </ul></div></section>
