<p>Operation and Maintenance (O&amp;M) of the Digital Small Switch DSS-2A Monitor trunk and circuit outages as well as the administrative terminal and Enhanced Command Console (ECC). Perform direct trunk dialing checks over trunk channels associated with the switch to ensure satisfactory operation of voice circuits (at least once each shift and following any trunk failure).
