Maintain and organize physical and electronic documents and records.
Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure documents are properly named, filed, and easily accessible.
Maintain document registers and trackers.
Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are available.
Assist in preparing, scanning, copying, and archiving documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents.
Follow company procedures for document control, filing, and record retention.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.
Prepare basic reports and documentation as required.
Perform other administrative/documentation tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in document control, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with document management systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of document numbering, revision control, and filing procedures.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Salary: Up to KD 225, depending on qualifications and experience.
