<p>The WADPM shall develop, revise, and maintain an airfield driving program to ensure the safe operations of vehicles, aircraft, and pedestrian movement on and around the airfield environment IAW DAFI 13-213, Airfield Driving. Role Description A well-established contracting company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Civil Project Manager to manage and follow up on ongoing construction projects.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction and contracting. Strong experience in structural and reinforced concrete works. Proven experience in managing construction sites, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and manpower. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and time management. Ability to monitor project milestones, identify delays, and prepare recovery and corrective action plans. Strong experience in coordinating site activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Good knowledge of quantity monitoring, material requirements, manpower productivity, and subcontractor performance. Strong experience in finishing works in addition to structural works. Ability to manage projects from structural stage through finishing and handover. Strong coordination skills with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
