<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Sorts, processes and folds rooms and F&B linens such as sheets, towels, tablecloths, and napkins.</li>
<li>Sorts used linens into appropriate categories for washing. Sorts out stained or torn linen. Loads and unloads driers.</li>
<li>Shakes wet sheets, table linens and napkins prior to ironing in order to spread them out. Feeds washed linens into ironer. Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens as appropriate.</li>
<li>Sorts clean towels, rugs and robes. Uses towel folder and manual folding for bath towels, washcloths, rugs and robes. Places folded product on appropriate rack.</li>
<li>Operates and maintains folding equipment. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.</li>
<li>Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Impact.</li>
<li>Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.</li>
<li>Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Valet Dry Cleaning and Housekeeping.</li>
<h4>What you bring</h4>
<li>At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.</li>
<li>Ability to function under pressure.</li>
<li>Display a high work ethic with a sense of responsibility for the role within our team.</li>
<li>Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently.</li>

<h4>What you will do</h4>
<p>Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods.<br>
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.<br>
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.<br>
Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations as well as the back-of-house areas.<br>
Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.<br>
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.</p>
<h4>What you will bring</h4>

<li>Ability to work well under pressure.</li>

<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Answer phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to the proper extensions.</li>
<li>Capture sales from incoming calls related to room and restaurant reservation requests. Accurately coordinate the details of each reservation or request.</li>
<li>Run daily reports for the department and operational departments.</li>
<li>Manage the general reservations and guest communication email inboxes.</li>
<li>Accept and deliver Answering Mobile (Hotel Chat) instant messages, wake-up calls, and facsimiles in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide guests with clear information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and hotel services.</li>
<li>Ensure all guest details and booking information are accurate and properly recorded.</li>
<li>Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.</li>
<li>Receive in-house guest calls and assist with their requests for Housekeeping, Guest Services, Laundry, and Engineering by adding the requests to the HotSOS system under the respective department.</li>
<li>Offer assistance to guests with visa applications and airport Meet and Greet services.</li>
<li>Contact guests to obtain pre-arrival information.</li>
<li>Respond to all guest inquiries professionally and within established service standards.</li>
<li>Confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, and clear waitlisted reservations.</li>
<li>Assist GRS in guest recognition efforts by pre-clearing reservations to identify existing return guest profiles and acknowledge those requiring VIP or special attention.</li>
<li>Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in their preferences or requests before the guest's arrival.</li>
<li>Perform installation and repairs of telephones.</li>
<h4>What you bring</h4>
<li>Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in both English and Arabic.</li>
<li>A minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role in luxury five-star hotels.</li>
<li>Ability to handle VIP and high-expectation guests.</li>
<li>Problem-solving ability.</li>

<p>Select and interview candidates, provide training, and oversee staff performance; conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary matters.</p>
<p>Makes sure that all their subordinates comply with their respective core standards and culture standards.</p>
<p>Is accountable for being a highly visible individual in the lobby that well represents the Executive Management.</p>
<p>Coordinate with the Banqueting Manager the events logistical needs that are linked with the Guest.</p>
<p>Schedule all Guest Service staff (Bell staff, Valet Parking and Door staff) to ensure maximum guest satisfaction within budgeted guidelines.</p>
<p>Ensure all vehicles and keys are handled with caution and are properly secured.</p>
<p>Coordinate the cooperation between all Guest Service staff in handling guest cars, luggage, etc.</p>

<li>Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Li Beirut (authentic Lebanese cuisine) Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.</li>
<li>Manage the Restaurant Dining operation as well as the Private Bar activities and its respective employees.</li>
<li>Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.</li>
<li>Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.</li>
<li>Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.</li>
