اختيار، تدريب، تقييم، تخطيط الجداول وضمان أداء عالٍ للموظفين، تحفيز، توجيه، وفرض الانضباط على جميع موظفي مطعم Li Beirut (المأكولات اللبنانية الأصيلة) في الفندق لضمان استيفاء المعايير الثقافية والأساسية المعتمدة.
إدارة عمليات تقديم الطعام في المطعم وكذلك أنشطة البار الخاصة وموظفيه المعنيين.
السيطرة على العمالة والنفقات التشغيلية من خلال جدولة فعالة، وضع ميزانية، قرارات الشراء، والجرد والسيطرة على النقد.
أن تكون مرئياً في العملية، تقديم التقدير، تعزيز العلاقات العامة الجيدة، والتعامل مع الشكاوى أو الطلبات الخاصة للضيوف والعملاء وجهات الاتصال الجماعية.
حضور اجتماعات تشغيلية منتظمة لضمان التنسيق والتعاون الفعّال بين الأقسام.
ما ستقدمه
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات سابقة في دور مماثل في فندق فخم خمس نجوم أو مطعم لبناني راقٍ في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
يجب أن تكون لديك إتقان لغتي الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات يومياً.

What you will do
Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Li Beirut (authentic Lebanese cuisine) Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Manage the Restaurant Dining operation as well as the Private Bar activities and its respective employees.
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
What you bring
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
