<p><strong>Job Overview</strong> Weatherford is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Specialist IV MPD to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with country and regional team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. The job requires occasional package preparation in the Weatherford base where full compliance to Weatherford performance standards is required.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Conducts maintenance of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site and workshop when required. Responsible for managing all aspects of the field/offshore Directly responsible for the safe delivery of all MPD related services onsite. On call 24hrs while on site. At the discretion of product line management (such as the Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or their designee) will be responsible for working in the shop.
