Principal Accountabilities Develops, applies, revises and implements quality assurance plans and audits for products to ensure product quality targets are met. Maintains quality standards for receiving in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Reviews, revises and/or write's QA/QC Quality assurance procedures. Establishes, defines, implements, maintains, and reports on quality assurance key performance measures and standards. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and monitors progress and improvements. Drives continuous improvement through communication and training on quality standards, requirements, and best practices. Implement and manage the QA/QC Program. Ensure performance and quality of assigned QA/QC function conforms to established standards and governmental agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction. Audit procedural elements of program management. Coordinate collection of responses to customer Corrective Action Response (CAR).
