<p>WE ARE HIRING CIVIL ENGINEER Housing Section Permanent Job Location: Qatalum Housing Accommodation</p><p>Verify daily maintenance requests received from the Engineer in compliance with Qatalum standards and against maintenance contractors. Report the status of requests (open/closed/pending) and identify challenges related to pending requests. Verify signed Qatalum Maintenance Request Forms against contractors weekly reports. Verify completion/no-access reports and highlight challenges to the Engineer regarding contractors progress. Inspect contractors onsite manpower daily against work progress and report to the Engineer. Inspect spare parts installation processes onsite and verify them against contractor reports. Support the Engineer in communication between GS (Housing Section) and C&I regarding no-access requests and site inspections.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Personal Skills & Requirements: Strong communication skills and personality for supervising maintenance contractors at the Qatalum Housing Accommodation site.</p>
