Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Manage the installation and commissioning of advanced cooling units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to execute precise mechanical repairs.
• Lead on-site technical teams, providing mentorship to junior technicians and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor system performance, perform load calculations, and recommend energy-efficient upgrades or modifications.
• Document all service activities, material usage, and maintenance logs in compliance with company reporting standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of a technical diploma or relevant vocational certification with at least 5 years of formal technical training.
• Extensive field experience spanning 10 to 15 years in high-capacity HVAC environments.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigerant handling, electrical circuitry, and pneumatic/digital control systems.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision in high-pressure scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and physical capability to perform strenuous labor in varying environmental conditions.
