Job description
We are looking for a Senior Credit and Collection Controller to be part of our Finance team in Kuwait.
As a company specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Contracting, Facility Management, and After-Sales Services, we seek a results-driven professional with strong experience in credit control and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Manage aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables.
- Review customer credit limits and assess credit risks.
- Conduct collection negotiations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Review contracts and payment terms to minimize financial risk.
- Prepare collection reports and support month-end financial activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Proven experience in managing aging reports, client accounts, and achieving collection targets.
- Experience in contract review, customer negotiations, and credit risk assessment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in the MEP contracting, construction, engineering, facility management, or after-sales services sectors is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license is required.
