Maintains the highest level of awareness of the status of property in the portfolio and market conditions in the area. Participates and provides inputs in various control, governance, and advisory committees, as applicable to the role. Ensures tenants files are consistent with URC policies and procedures and maintains a proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence. Creates and maintains a database of all past, current, and future tenants for archiving and records purposes. Inspects the property s security standards, cleaning and maintenance issues and reports it to providers. Coordinates with Leasing Executives to ensure that all leases and renewal agreements are signed by the property owners or lesser in compliance with existing contracts and organization guidelines. Responsible for inspecting the property prior to leasing and notes its condition prior to the tenants moving in. Ensures that all property repair and maintenance programs are executed within budget, which will efficiently sustain a high level of tenant satisfaction and aesthetic standards. About The Role<br><br>The In-House Collection Specialist is responsible for overseeing in-house debt collection activities and overseeing in-house collection juniors.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Oversee daily soft collection calls and collection processes. Oversee contacting of autopay customers to update their profiles. Oversee the processing of autopay tickets including adding, removing, updating requests as well as overseeing complaints and directly intervening on escalated complaints. Guide and train the in-house collection juniors in all matters related to collection activities ensuring that these are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Coordinate with collection agencies and legal firms regarding specific escalated cases where necessary. Coordinate with concerned internal departments regarding collection activities.
