<h4>Primary objective</h4>
<p>The Lead EOD / UXO Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all UXO and landmine survey, detection, and clearance activities conducted by field contractors meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role provides technical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and continuous improvement in alignment with International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) and organizational requirements.</p>
