<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Prepare and develop FEED packages, including mechanical design calculations, datasheets, and technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Review and verify project drawings, datasheets, and technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and standards.</p></li><li><p>Perform mechanical design calculations, equipment selection, and material specification in line with project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation engineers, to ensure integrated project delivery.</p></li><li><p>Ensure designs meet client requirements, project timelines, and international standards.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support during project execution, including design modifications, clarifications, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all engineering deliverables adhere to HSE standards, company policies, and applicable codes.</p></li><li><p>Support procurement activities by providing technical input for mechanical equipment and material selection and BOM.</p></li><li><p>Assist in developing project schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to review project drawings, technical documents, audits, and project meetings.</p></li></ul><p>Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, Smart Plant, CAESAR II, PV Elite or similar).</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 10years of experience in mechanical design within the Oil &amp; Gas sector.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in FEED package preparation.</p></li><li><p>Strong capability in reviewing and interpreting project drawings and technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with project management tools and documentation control systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Kuwait based / Transferable Visa</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p></p></section>
