<p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC*** Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. Under the supervision of the HQ Government Property Director and Task Order Manager, manages the 10 life cycle outcomes of Property Management for the V2X program in accordance with FAR Clause 52.245-1, Performance Work Statement, and the Property Management Plan. Manage the company fiduciary accounts with the Theater Property and the Installation Property Book Office ensuring accuracy and compliance of records. Coordinate transfers and support to the customer in accordance with AR 735-5 for property and materiel responsibility transfers. Must be able to maintain a professional transparent relationship with auditing agency ensuring timely submissions and responses to all requested actions. Provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends and implement property administration policy. Provide training, mentoring, effective and efficient management of all Government Furnished Property and Company Acquired Property for Vectrus. Coordinate with Property Custodians to ensure and maintain 100% accountability of Government Property in accordance with applicable Government regulations and Vectrus Property Management Plan. Ensures compliance with prescribed Vectrus Property Management Plan, Performance Work Statement, and Federal Acquisition Regulations. Provide the government with routine, monthly, special, and annual reports. Maintain an IUID registry for all assets procured or transferred that meets the governments requirements. Ensures all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) are properly tracked, documented, and identified in Vectrus Property Book records. Maintain 100% accountability of all company property records through the Maximo Implementation System and must have knowledge of Army Supply System including DLIS Fed log. Provides management direction, training and oversight to include overseeing day to day property control operations; may include but not limited to Custodial record management, administrative adjustment reports, cyclic inventory reporting, proper storage of property, sensitive items inventories, receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation. Routinely visits all work locations to provide assistance and ensure that the program is being managed properly and effectively in accordance with prescribed directives. Perform duties involving requesting, receiving, issuing, accountability, and preservation of all GFP, and review complete work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Provide technical assistance to departments and upper management as needed. Manage and maintain through periodic maintenance, administrative records and submit program status reports IAW established project operating procedures (POP), standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the contract. Perform duties involving LOSS process through the Property Administrator Reach Back Program, and request for Letter of Technical Direction (LOTD) for gains or losses for assets not procured or disposed of by routine methods. Performs other duties as required. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License, is required. Experience: + + Minimum of 6 years specialized experience in property management operations. + Must be familiar and able to train Property Management operating systems. + Must be familiar with appropriate FAR, DFAR’s, AR’s (Army Regulations) and correct publications concerning 10 Lifecycle outcomes. Skills: + + Must exhibit strong organization and communication skills. + Must feel comfortable delegating and possess skills to include scheduling workers, keeping track of staffing and keeping their staff motivated. + The most significant experience is education or training from work experience in a related occupation. Supervisory Responsibilities: + + Supervises a department consisting of approximately 30 personnel Working Conditions: + + Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. + Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). + Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. Select and guide firefighters to perform as expected when called upon and will continually assess their readiness and performance. This assessment will maintain daily awareness of fire inspections, fire services, inspection and testing of fire protection and alarm systems, firefighter training, and fire drills. Manages the day to day cleaning. Directly responsible for providing and maintaining Billeting On-post for U.S. Military, DOD Civilians, and Coalition Forces. Directly responsible for property book accountability of all equipment for the Billeting office. Manages property inventory using an automated supply data base for leased units. Perform Quality Control on receipt of new equipment. Supervises multi-cultural team of personnel in delivery, receipt, issue and return of equipment and supplies. <p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) II inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p><p>Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.</p><p>Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.</p><p>Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action.</p><p>Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations.</p><p>Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data.</p><p>Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.</p><p>Detect flaws such as cracks, delamination s, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrate testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment.</p><p>Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors.</p><p>Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment.</p><p>Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools.</p><p>Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment.</p><p>Perform silver recovery functions.</p><p>Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials.</p><p>Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.</li><li>Completion of a initial Non Destructive Inspection Level II training Course and current basic qualification.</li><li>Three (3) or more years experience as an aviation inspector and a minimum of one year experience on the assigned(MDS) airframe . (UH60, AH64, CH47 )</li><li>Shall be trained and qualified per NAS 410 or ASNT-CP-189 to the level assigned.</li><li>Must be in possession of a U.S. Passport with 3 years of validity remaining at the time of hire and be able to travel internationally.</li><li>Must be a US Citizen.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance, NAC-I T1 Public Trust. ** US Citizenship is required to obtain a T1/CAC NACI Clearance.</li><li>Able to clear CENTCOM Medical requirements for deployment.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain Kuwait Visa</li><li>Previous experience in the maintenance, modification and repair of tactical aircraft systems of the type being serviced and their associated components (UH60, AH64, CH47).</li><li>Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document.</li><li>Thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method in which they are certified.</li><li>Capable of providing the necessary guidance and supervision to trainers and Level I personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified.</li><li>Familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by the employer.</li><li>Capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures.
