Tracks and processes the leave (Annual, Sick,..etc) for employees.</li><li>Processes the end of service settlement and ensure all documents are signed and filed as per Company policy.</li><li>Conducts exit interviews for resigning employees and submit the results in the HRMS system.</li><li>Drafts end of service entitlement calculation.</li><li>Prepare tickets LPO based on the approval and forward to Travel agent verify the invoices as requests by accounts vs the LPO’s.</li><li>Maintain company’s registration log file. Coordinate with representative to renew company’s registrations, dealership documents, authorized signatory before due date.</li><li>Arrange hotel booking as required and coordinate with Receptionist. Arrange furnished apartments if requested by department managers depends on project, and ensure visits visa delivered to the booked hotel. <li>Set store sales target to maximize the sales and profitability.</li>
<li>Guide area managers and store managers to maximize productivity in stores through effective utilization of the available resources.</li>
<li>Effective management of the operational costs, reduction in operational costs by automation.</li>
<li>Adhere and enforce company SOP, policies and procedures; loss prevention audit guidelines in all the stores. Also monitor the measures to ensure compliance by all the employees.</li>
<li>Oversee the implementation and execution of the visual merchandising guidelines are followed at all the stores at all times.</li>
<li>Recruit and train the staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per the company and brand requirements.</li>
<li>Evaluate the performance of the employees annually and promote open lines of communication through coaching and motivation.</li>
<li>Interpret and make decision on operations and visual standards based on store and clientu2019s needs.</li>

The Network Administrator I GBS will setup, operate, maintain and provide technical support of the Global Broadcast Service suite in support of United States Army Central (USARCENT) and Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF). The position provides “in the field” support on the GBS system to USARCENT. Assist project managers, Communication Electronic Command representatives, and other technicians in the maintenance, troubleshooting and deployment of the GBS system. Personnel must exhibit sound judgment and maturity to interact with senior officers, NCOs, and DOD civilians. Being able to work in a team environment is paramount. Responsibilities + Transport, setup, and take down the GBS receive equipment suite. + Provide technical assistance on the GBS suite to military and civilian component staff. + Program and operate the GBS Remote Broadcast Manager (RBM) and Joint Internet Protocol Modem (JIPM). + Use GBS User Specific (GUS) communication software to control and monitor satellite information. + Set and modify TCP/IP parameters on all GBS specific equipment. + Resolve customer interface/user issues. + Build, install, troubleshoot, and repair Ethernet cables. + Configure and maintain network switches and firewalls used by the GBS suite. + Connect the GBS suite to standalone NIPR and SIPR computers. + Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve satellite communication issues. + Report on GBS outages according to Vectrus/USANEC-A guidelines. + Program and connect Set Top Box (STB) to user video displays. + Program and operate the KG-250 encryption device. + Performs other duties and assignments assigned.
