Technical Skills

Experience with CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.

Project Planning</p><p> detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans for services</p><p>projects at customer/client sites.</p><p> Review contract scope, technical specifications, and customer requirements to</p><p>define project deliverables.</p><p> Identify equipment, personnel, materials, and logistics requirements ahead of</p><p>mobilization.</p><p> Prepare risk assessments, HSE plans, and job safety analyses (JSAs) in</p><p>coordination with QHSE teams.</p><p> Develop project budgets and cost estimates; align with commercial/contracts</p><p>teams on scope and pricing.</p><p>3. Project Execution &amp; Site Management</p><p> Take full ownership of project execution at client sites, acting as the primary</p><p>point of accountability.</p><p> Mobilize crews, equipment, and subcontractors in line with the project schedule.</p><p> Supervise and coordinate field teams, service engineers, technicians, and third-</p><p>party contractors on-site.</p><p> Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with HSE regulations, client site</p><p>requirements, and company QHSE policies.</p><p> Monitor daily progress against plan; proactively resolve technical, logistical, or</p><p>personnel issues that arise on-site.</p><p> Act as the primary interface between the company and the client&#39;s site</p><p>representatives during execution.</p><p>4. Process Ownership &amp; Governance</p><p> Own the project management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to</p><p>internal SOPs, quality management systems, and client contractual</p><p>requirements.</p><p> Maintain full documentation trail: work orders, daily progress reports,</p><p>timesheets, material consumption, non-conformance reports, and close-out</p><p>reports.</p><p><br></p><p> Ensure proper handover procedures, punch-list closure, and customer sign-off</p><p>at project completion.</p><p> Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes based on lessons</p><p>learned.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Cost, Schedule &amp; Performance Control</p><p> Monitor project costs against budget; report variances and implement</p><p>corrective actions.</p><p> Track project KPIs: schedule adherence, cost performance, HSE incidents,</p><p>quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.</p><p> Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.</p><p> Manage change orders, scope variations, and their commercial/schedule</p><p>impact.</p><p><br></p><p>6. HSE &amp; Compliance</p><p> Ensure all site personnel comply with company and client HSE standards and</p><p>permit-to-work systems.</p><p> Conduct or oversee site HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits.</p><p> Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances;</p><p>implement corrective/preventive actions.</p><p> Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements at all project sites.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
