Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared. Inform food and beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Prepare special meals or substitute items. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks. Provide cooks with needed items. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products. Liaise with other Construction lead Supervisors</p></li><li><p>Provide sound technical advice and solutions to a diversity of technical problems within the discipline.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering</p></li><li><p>10+ years Industry experience</p></li><li><p>Prior Construction work experience, at least 06 years and additional experience in EPCC Projects that involve Engineering / Vendor management</p></li><li><p>Proven work experience as a lead piping supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with state and safety codes.</p></li><li><p>Main experience in Oil &amp; Gas project</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and managerial skills</p></li><li><p>Must have a basic knowledge of other disciplines: electrical, mechanical, instrumentation etc.</p></li><li><p>Kuwait based/ transferable Visa/ Valid driving license </p></li></ul><p></p></section>
