<p>An opportunity has arisen for Associate Director of Sales to join Sales at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for achieving the assigned financial targets set by the management</li>
<li>Managing business inquiries for individual and group bookings, conference and events, food and beverage, outside catering and any other revenue center request</li>
<li>Welcome guests, VIPs, delegations and royal families and attend to all their sales requirements during their stay</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external contacts and colleagues to ensure the utmost experience possible to own guests</li>
<li>Ensure achievement of the financial targets under assigned accounts and sector</li>
<li>Maintain and develop close business relationships with institutions</li>
<li>Educate and update contacts on product and services</li>
<li>Report sales activities on a daily basis using the company’s standard reporting tools</li>

<li>Sorts, processes and folds rooms and F&B linens such as sheets, towels, tablecloths, and napkins.</li>
<li>Sorts used linens into appropriate categories for washing. Sorts out stained or torn linen. Loads and unloads driers.</li>
<li>Shakes wet sheets, table linens and napkins prior to ironing in order to spread them out. Feeds washed linens into ironer. Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens as appropriate.</li>
<li>Sorts clean towels, rugs and robes. Uses towel folder and manual folding for bath towels, washcloths, rugs and robes. Places folded product on appropriate rack.</li>
<li>Operates and maintains folding equipment. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.</li>
<li>Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Impact.</li>

<p><span>The Dean of School of Architecture and Design serves as the chief academic officer, providing strategic vision and operational leadership for the School. The candidate is expected to demonstrate ongoing contributions in their field of specialization through published research in recognized international scientific journals, as well as participation in exhibitions, conferences, and symposiums, in addition to possessing the following degrees, qualifications, and professional experience:</span></p><br> <ul>

<li>Rank of Professor in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.</li>
