Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection. Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center. Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action. Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations. Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data. Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems. Detect flaws such as cracks, delamination s, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrate testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment. Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors. Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment. <p>Role and Objectives: Area Manager is responsible to ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout stores in their area. Area Manager will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers and other shop staff and ensuring they are attained. The goal is to ensure our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency. Effective area managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance He / She has a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role. Responsibilities (In Order of Priority): Area Management: Works with the management team in contributing to short and long-term organizational planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence. Coordinates with Retail and Operations Managers for any sales activities, promotional campaigns/awareness programs Coordinates in communication of information/updates between Head Office and Store Management Teams. Direct the opening of new stores by ensuring the availability of needed resources (staff, Merchandise, logistics and others) and manage the closing of existing ones. Manage and drive the performance of brands and areas. Provide support to team in related area for training on specific brand information (Product Knowledge) and roll out of new collections across stores in accordance with Visual merchandising and Product management teams Visit shops across different locations for Brand Performance Evaluation and Team Support. Participate in development of the seasonal projection report and monitor competitors' new openings and street locations opportunities (when applicable) and inform the hierarchy accordingly. Full aware of the procedures of Opening, Daily customer round & Closing Stores Follow up for any maintenance issues in the stores. Financial Controls and Profitability Management: Oversee the sale performance by comparing the actual sales versus the weekly targets and compare it with the previous years. Communicate and measure the sales target and objectives for shops (daily, weekly and monthly) with shops managers and seek maximize shops sales. Keep up to date for yearly calendar in coordination with Product management Team and direct the coordination of sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandising. Review KPI's (Daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly Sales vs budgets, Stock Reports etc.) daily and communicate to Shop Managers as necessary. Maximize the Sales per square meter for each store by monitoring the stores performance report and take the needed actions. Monitor the sales performance of stores with shops managers and operations manager daily, monthly quarterly and yearly.
