<p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) II inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis. Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection. Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center. Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action. Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations. Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data. Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems. Detect flaws such as cracks, delamination s, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrate testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment. Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors. Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment. Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools. Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment. Perform silver recovery functions. Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials. Serve as the Finance Manager and responsible for all functions related to accounting and finance on a portfolio of programs. This position has a matrix reporting structure that will direct report to the Finance Portfolio Manager. The position is responsible for maintaining a complex integrated system of financial services that contribute to cost effective management control over operations. Supervises the overall financial services and accounting tasks associated to provide accurate, timely, and reliable services and reports. Services include accounting, budgeting, forecasting, workload/cost analysis, and active participation in the overall planning, managerial financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities Responsible for the overall financial areas of the program including the general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash flow management, and pricing. Directly responsible for completing all financial reporting activities for the program are thoroughly and timely prepared and reviewed and that all reports are in compliance with appropriate financial standards and company requirements. Develops and implements strategic business plans and forecasts; monitors actual vs. budget/forecast ensuring financial statements provide a realistic view of financial position. Review financial procedures and practices to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. <p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Employee will assemble, disassemble, renovate, transport, load, deactivate, modify, destroy, and handle munitions including missiles, precision, and gravity bombs. Work on the installation, configuration changes, modification, repair, and adjustment of aircraft armament systems and components. Perform maintenance modifications, destruction, and demilitarization of ammunition and explosive components. Operate computer hardware and software utilities and manual records in order to perform stock control and accounting procedures. Inspect bomb release systems and missile launchers to determine need for repair or destruction in support of Reaper Series RPA maintenance.</p>
<p>Additionally, employee may conduct inspection, maintenance, and storage of munitions and support equipment. Support weapons loading and armament systems and related matters. Support quality assurance, compliance, continuity, and standardization of munitions programs. Attend weapons safety course, load certification and related activities. Provide technical inputs to managers in matters of weapons management, inventory, and maintenance, loading, and armament systems. Assist with availability and serviceability of munitions to support emerging customer requirements.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Munitions/Weapons Technician Apprentice.</p>

<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of actual aircraft munitions/weapons maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Completed USAF Munitions/Weapons Tech School or DoD equivalent.</li>
<li>Must possess basic knowledge of technical publications related to aircraft maintenance.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform increment monitor duties to include but not limited to equipment/cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.</li>
<li>Must be able to inspect and operate ground support and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Must achieve a passing grade in all required courses/certifications for continued employment, as needed.</li>
<li>Employee must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, including pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.</li>
<li>Must be able to deploy to forward locations (other countries) as directed by the government.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, and/or wear military issued equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.</li>
<li>Must have had an active secret US government clearance within the last 12 months. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain required DoD security clearance commensurate with the assigned duties during employment.</li>
