نبحث عن مدير مالي ذو خبرة للإشراف على التخطيط المالي ووضع الميزانيات والمحاسبة والتقارير والامتثال لعمليات الهندسة مع ضمان ضوابط مالية قوية وأداء أعمال فعال. المسؤوليات الأساسية: إدارة الميزانية والتنبؤ والتخطيط المالي. إعداد البيانات المالية وتقارير MIS. مراقبة التدفق النقدي والسيطرة على التكاليف والربحية. ضمان الامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة والضرائب واللوائح القانونية. الإشراف على المدفوعات والمقبوضات والرواتب والحساب العام. تنسيق التدقيقات والحفاظ على الضوابط المالية الداخلية. دعم تكاليف المشروع والتحليل المالي واتخاذ القرار الإداري.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
ماجستير في التجارة أو ماجستير إداري في المالية. 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة المالية في قطاع الهندسة. معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والميزانية والتقارير المالية. الإلمام بأنظمة ERP وإكسلMS. مهارات تحليلية قوية، قيادة، واتصالات.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance for engineering operations while ensuring strong financial controls and business performance. Key Responsibilities Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare financial statements and MIS reports. Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory regulations. Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls. Support project costing, financial analysis, and management decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
M.Com or MBA in Finance. 8 10 years of finance experience in the engineering sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
