The program provides IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems as well as network administration support for an organization comprised mostly of a Microsoft Enterprise software environment residing on multiple networks.<br> <br>The Network Administrator will be part of a dynamic team supporting customers throughout the ARCENT Area of Responsibility including both U.S. and coalition personnel. <p>About the Role:
We are seeking a competent Site Engineer specializing in civil pipeline works for marine GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipe installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of GRP pipelines in marine and offshore environments, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily pipeline installation activities including trenching, pipe laying, jointing, lamination, and backfilling for marine GRP pipelines
• Ensure all GRP pipe installation works comply with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and international standards (ISO 14692, AWWA M45)
• Monitor trench excavation, dewatering, pipe bedding, and backfilling operations in accordance with project requirements
• Supervise GRP pipe jointing and lamination procedures including adhesive bonding, coupling installation, and flange bolting
• Coordinate with survey teams for pipeline route alignment, setting out, and as-built verification
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Review and interpret isometric drawings, spool drawings, and pipeline alignment sheets
• Prepare and submit inspection requests (RFIs), method statements, and risk assessments
• Monitor material deliveries including GRP pipes, fittings, couplings, and consumables; ensure proper handling and storage
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and QAQC teams for inspections and approvals
