Position Details:

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Role: Lead technical consultant

Experience: 912+ Years (10+ Preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (5 months may be extended)

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait (On-site)

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultants with expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Project Operations, Dataverse, integrations, Azure services, and ERP Integrations (Preferred with Oracle), Dual-write, PPAC. The consultant must design, develop, customise, integrate, and support both cloud and onPrem.

Required Experience

Minimum 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with Project Operations.

Preferred 10+ years End-to-End Implementations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop and customise Project Operations.
• Build plugins, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Integrate App with ERP systems.
• Develop Power Automate flows.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshooting.
• Support deployments and documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users.
• Lead the subordinates of the team.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certification

Education

Any degree.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, client-facing experience, teamwork, and problem- solving.
