Position Overview: The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all electrical maintenance activities for a fleet of onshore drilling rigs and associated equipment. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance programs for land drilling rigs. Ensure maximum reliability and availability of drilling electrical systems and associated equipment. Plan and supervise major electrical overhauls, rig upgrades, and refurbishment projects. Review equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives. Monitor equipment failures and perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to eliminate recurring issues. Ensure maintenance activities comply with OEM recommendations and industry best practices. Fleet Support: Provide technical support to multiple onshore drilling rigs. Coordinate troubleshooting of complex electrical failures affecting drilling operations. Monitor rig electrical KPIs including equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance. Conduct periodic inspections and audits of rig electrical systems. Standardize maintenance procedures across the drilling fleet.
