Review drawings, shop drawings, technical details, and site instructions before execution. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved project schedule. Check quality of materials, workmanship, installation, and finishing works on site. Ensure that all fit-out works are aligned with approved design, client requirements, and BÖWE quality standards. Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid conflicts between architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, material requests, and work status reports. Follow up on material delivery, subcontractor attendance, manpower allocation, and site requirements. Identify site obstacles, delays, technical issues, and variation items, and report them to the Project Manager. Attend site meetings and coordinate required actions with all related parties. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and maintain proper site organization. Support project handover activities, snagging, rectification works, and final inspections. Maintain accurate site documentation, including approvals, inspection records, progress photos, and site correspondence. Key Competencies:Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
