The position includes, but is not limited to, ensuring compliance with local legislation, company policies, and client requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture among all employees and contractors.</p><br><p><strong>Primary Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Monitor daily site activities to identify and report unsafe conditions, acts, or potential hazards.</li><li>Support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.</li><li>Assist in preparing Permit to Work, risk assessments, and job safety analyses.</li><li>Carry out regular site inspections and participate in audits as directed by the EHS Manager.</li><li>Support the implementation of Life Saving Rules and site-specific safety campaigns.</li><li>Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation as per Veolia.</li><li>Coordinate PPE issuance, inspections, and ensure proper usage across the site.</li><li>Provide first-level guidance on safety procedures to supervisors and workers.</li><li>Support emergency response activities.</li><li>Continuously do routine site checks and guarantee that good housekeeping and welfare facilities are available.</li><li>Make sure all safety practices are applied correctly (confined space procedure, Lock Out Tag out, Working at Height, Electrical safety, Chemical Loading and unloading). Only trained and authorized employees should perform the specific work.</li><li>Conduct monthly inspections of the emergency tools and equipment, report the findings with the relevant parties, and follow up on closing the findings</li><li>Support the EHS team in conducting emergency evacuation and chemical spill drills</li><li>Continuously monitor the employee's behavior towards safety by their actions and coach them accordingly.</li><li>Ensuring the implementation of the requirements from Veolia’s Life Saving Rules (LSR) and High Risk Management Standards (HRMS)</li><li>Inspect all machines (cranes and forklifts or any other machines), equipment (cutting, grinding, and welding), and PPEs before daily work starts - check for color coding and inspection forms</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Strong observation and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate safety requirements effectively to diverse teams.</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite Tools: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms,…Etc) for safety reporting and presentations.</li><li>Team player with a proactive and positive safety mindset.</li><li>Ability to exercise and apply Stop Work Authority (SWA) in line with Veolia’s guidelines.</li><li>Ability to work under supervision and escalate critical issues promptly.</li><li>Adaptable to changing site conditions and able to prioritize safety in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Recognized safety training or certification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent) – preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience, 4-7 years’ relevant experience in an industrial, construction, or utilities environment (preferably wastewater or water treatment plants).</li><li>Familiarity with Kuwait HSE regulations and international safety standards.</li><li>Basic understanding of chemical safety and industrial hygiene.</li><li>Basic understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE documentation.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><ul><li>The role involves working outdoors and in operational plant areas.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be willing to work in extended hours when required for shutdowns or emergency works.</li></ul><p><strong>As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.</strong></p><br><br><br> </div>

<p>The role is responsible for achieving <strong>KD 400,000 annual enterprise revenue</strong> by driving <strong>Sales and Pre-Sales activities</strong> across <strong>Lenovo infrastructure, Microsoft cloud &amp; licensing, and Cybersecurity solutions</strong>.</p><p>The position plays a key role in establishing and scaling <strong>WITS’ Enterprise business in Kuwait</strong>, operating within a <strong>basic reseller ecosystem</strong> and competing against established Gold/Premium partners.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the <strong>end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle</strong> aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.</li><li>Build and manage a <strong>qualified enterprise pipeline</strong> across Government, Oil &amp; Gas, FSI, Healthcare, Education, and corporate sectors.</li><li>Lead <strong>RFP/RFQ/RFI responses</strong>, including requirement analysis, solution design, BOM, compliance, and pricing.</li><li>Position and sell:<ul><li><strong>Lenovo:</strong> Servers, storage, HCI, data centre infrastructure</li><li><strong>Microsoft:</strong> Licensing, Azure, M365, cloud migration</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity:</strong> SOC/MSSP, network, endpoint, and cloud security</li></ul></li><li>Conduct <strong>customer presentations, demos, and technical discussions</strong> to support deal closure.</li><li>Work closely with distributors and OEMs for <strong>deal registration, pricing support, and forecasts</strong>.</li><li>Maintain <strong>accurate weekly pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting</strong> as per KPI template.</li></ul><p>30–60–90 Day Execution Plan</p><p>First 30 Days – Foundation</p><ul><li>Complete onboarding on <strong>WITS offerings, pricing models, and KPI reporting</strong>.</li><li>Align with <strong>Lenovo, Microsoft, and Cybersecurity distributors/OEMs</strong>.</li><li>Identify and map <strong>top 20–30 target enterprise accounts</strong> and decision-makers.</li><li>Build an initial <strong>pipeline covering at least 1.5x of quarterly target</strong>.</li><li>Initiate customer meetings and capability presentations.</li></ul><p><strong>60 Days – Pipeline Expansion</strong></p><ul><li>Grow pipeline to <strong>2.5x–3x of quarterly target</strong>.</li><li>Actively engage in <strong>RFPs, RFQs, and technical workshops</strong>.</li><li>Submit qualified proposals and <strong>register deals</strong> with distributors/OEMs.</li><li>Advance opportunities to mid/late pipeline stages.</li></ul><p><strong>90 Days – Revenue Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve <strong>first closed-won enterprise deals</strong> aligned with KPI expectations.</li><li>Establish <strong>WITS visibility</strong> with key enterprise customers and partners.</li><li>Maintain a sustainable <strong>3x–4x pipeline</strong> for upcoming quarters.</li><li>Present a <strong>rolling 6–9-month revenue and account expansion plan</strong>.</li></ul>
