عن الدور الوظيفي
مسؤول عن قيادة وإشراف قسم المالية والمحاسبة، لضمان الصحة المالية للمؤسسة والالتزام بالمعايير المعتمدة. يشمل الدور الملكية الكاملة لتخطيط مالي، والميزانية، والتقارير، ووظائف الخزينة، مع تعزيز الكفاءة والتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
المهارات
عن نفسك
يُفضل أن يأخذ المرشح المثالي بعين الاعتبار ما يلي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة
- شهادات مهنية مثل CFA، CMA، أو شهادات ذات صلة
- خبرة 8 سنوات في دور مشابه وفي مجال ذي صلة - المواد الغذائية والمشروبات، البيع بالتجزئة، FMCG، الضيافة
- خبرة في أنظمة Unisfost/ Oracle، MSD 35 Dynamics
- يجب أن يكون مواطنًا كويتيًا

About The Role
Responsible for leading and overseeing the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance with established standards. The role encompasses full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and treasury functions, while driving efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Skills
About You
An ideal candidate would consider the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- A master's degree is an advantage
- Professional certificates in CFA, CMA, or other related certifications
- 8 years of experience in a similar capacity and related field - Food & Beverage, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality
- Experience in Unisfost Systems/ Oracle, MSD 35 Dynamics
- Must be a Kuwait National
