The HR Director is also accountable for ensuring a proactive Human Resources environment consistent with profitability objectives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<br><br>Ensure Affirmative Action Plan compliance by training management on the hotel's goals and interview and selection methods. Leads the hotel's quality program which involves a complete understanding of the standards and reporting format as well as the creation/design of related training and incentive programs to encourage consistent guest service by all team members. Analyzes reports to determine areas where continuous improvement methods can best be utilized. Manages the hotel's employee relations programs, including picnics, holiday parties, health fairs, employee communication sources, etc. and coordinates and directs staff through detailed oral and written instruction to facilitate successful completion of all related events/programs. Designs and implements new programs as may be needed for special promotions, events, or programs (e.g. safety, Olympics, blood drives). Manage and supervise the day-to-day HR Department operation. Communicate all applicable HR processes to managers and hotel staff relating to, but not limited to labor, contract compliance, disciplinary procedures, recruitment, orientation, staff relations, benefits, performance reviews, employment verifications and other HR related processes. Counsels and/or disciplines employees as needed, through clear, calm and direct oral and written communications, in accordance with the guidelines established by the hotel. Oversee the overall function of the HRIS System including, but not limited to all PAF data entry, separations, report generating, and other related functions. Responds to and negotiates on behalf of the hotel, all claims for unemployment. Supervises departmental and hotel staff regarding all issues relating to worker's Compensation to endure minimum exposure by the hotel to related expenses. <p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) II inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p><p>Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.</p><p>Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.</p><p>Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action.</p><p>Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations.</p><p>Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data.</p><p>Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.</p><p>Detect flaws such as cracks, delamination s, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrate testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment.</p><p>Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors.</p><p>Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment.</p><p>Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools.</p><p>Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment.</p><p>Perform silver recovery functions.</p><p>Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials.</p><p>Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.</li><li>Completion of a initial Non Destructive Inspection Level II training Course and current basic qualification.</li><li>Three (3) or more years experience as an aviation inspector and a minimum of one year experience on the assigned(MDS) airframe .
