Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatology and Cosmetic Doctor role based in Kuwait. The doctor will provide dermatological consultations, diagnose and manage skin conditions, and recommend appropriate medical and cosmetic treatments aligned with Nexfit.com’s health and wellness model. Daily responsibilities include performing aesthetic procedures, monitoring treatment outcomes, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and care. The role involves educating clients on skin health, treatment options, and post-procedure care, while collaborating with fitness and wellness teams to deliver integrated client solutions. The doctor will also stay current with advancements in dermatology and cosmetic medicine to continuously improve service quality. Qualifications Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology; additional certification or training in cosmetic and aesthetic procedures is preferred. PHD in the requested speciality with at least 3 years of experience. Experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatological conditions, including both medical and cosmetic concerns. Proficiency in aesthetic treatments such as injectables, laser therapies, peels, and other skin rejuvenation procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety. Strong patient communication and counseling skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans, risks, and aftercare clearly and empathetically. Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with fitness, nutrition, and wellness professionals. Excellent record-keeping, clinical documentation, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in healthcare. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage for patient interaction in Kuwait. Prior experience working in private clinics, wellness centers, or aesthetic practices is beneficial.
