Perform direct trunk dialing checks over trunk channels associated with the switch to ensure satisfactory operation of voice circuits (at least once each shift and following any trunk failure). Create and update databases in the administrative terminal using information received from users, Raytheon, and DISA. Perform database backups to CD-R discs. Perform database downloads to update switch configurations. Update and print out telephone console information and line strips for users.
