Serve as the Finance Manager and responsible for all functions related to accounting and finance on a portfolio of programs. This position has a matrix reporting structure that will direct report to the Finance Portfolio Manager. The position is responsible for maintaining a complex integrated system of financial services that contribute to cost effective management control over operations. Supervises the overall financial services and accounting tasks associated to provide accurate, timely, and reliable services and reports. Services include accounting, budgeting, forecasting, workload/cost analysis, and active participation in the overall planning, managerial financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities Responsible for the overall financial areas of the program including the general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash flow management, and pricing. Directly responsible for completing all financial reporting activities for the program are thoroughly and timely prepared and reviewed and that all reports are in compliance with appropriate financial standards and company requirements. Develops and implements strategic business plans and forecasts; monitors actual vs. budget/forecast ensuring financial statements provide a realistic view of financial position. Review financial procedures and practices to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Interfaces with internal and external auditors Other financial-related duties including consulting with senior management and functional managers regarding financial-related activities; develop and implement financial controls; conduct financial reviews of program areas; prepare and analyze various financial reports; develop and monitor performance metrics for financial management, and; other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education : Bachelor s/master s degree in business / accounting / Finance is required. CPA/CFA degree is preferred. <p><strong>Job Overview</strong> Weatherford is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Specialist IV MPD to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with country and regional team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. The job requires occasional package preparation in the Weatherford base where full compliance to Weatherford performance standards is required.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Conducts maintenance of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site and workshop when required. <p>The civil engineer provides the technical engineering backbone for Zaleej’s development projects, covering site investigation, infrastructure design, construction drawings, and on-site technical supervision across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Kuwait. Working alongside the project manager, the role owns the engineering quality and code compliance of each project — from soil reports and site plans through to as-built documentation. <p><strong>Site investigation & design</strong><br>
Conduct comprehensive site investigations, analysing topographical surveys, soil conditions, and environmental factors to determine site suitability for development.<br>
Design site infrastructure including roads, utilities, drainage systems, retaining structures, and site grading.<br>
Develop detailed site plans that optimise land use while ensuring compliance with Kuwait Municipality zoning regulations and the Kuwait Engineering Code.</p>

Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents to professional standards.<br>
Review and approve contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.<br>
Maintain accurate as-built drawings and technical project records throughout the construction lifecycle.</p>

Provide on-site technical supervision to ensure construction works conform to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.<br>
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues, design clarifications, and RFIs raised by contractors and consultants.<br>
Identify and mitigate technical risks during construction, recommending value engineering opportunities where appropriate.</p>

Ensure all projects comply with Kuwait Municipality regulations, the Kuwait Engineering Code, and applicable national environmental, fire, and safety standards (EPA, MPW, Civil Defence).<br>
Prepare and submit permit applications, engineering drawings, and technical reports to relevant Kuwait authorities.<br>
Liaise with Municipality, MPW, EPA, Civil Defence, and utility providers (MEW) to secure required approvals.</p>
<p><strong>Coordination & technical support</strong><br>
Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, structural consultants, quantity surveyors, and surveyors to integrate disciplines and resolve technical clashes.<br>
Support the project manager with engineering inputs to cost estimates, scheduling, and risk assessments.<br>
Provide technical expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve construction-related challenges.</p>
<h4>Requirements</h4>

Roles & Responsibilities: Rig Operations: Organize and supervise the activities of drilling, moving and maintenance departments of the drilling unit to effectively carry out management and command functions in compliance with company procedures. Communicates with the Rig Manager in reviewing and discussing the client s projected well program before operations commence and throughout the well as necessary to stay abreast of pertinent operational activities and time factors. Ensure well programs, schedules are well known to the drilling crew and adequate written instructions are given and that necessary rig procedures, including JSA and PTW are prepared on time and with good quality for the actual operations. Ensure that necessary Management of Change or Deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts.
