<p>The Toolpusher I assists in managing the safe and efficient drilling operation of the rig, and acts as Senior Toolpusher in his or her absence.</p><p>Assists in supervising drilling operations, ensuring efficient conduct and compliance with the Company drilling procedures and health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Monitors rig-ups. Monitors the condition and maintenance of the drilling equipment and support machinery at all times; oversees field-permitted rig repairs. Makes decisions on progress of drilling based on threats to safety and accuracy of the drilling program. Observes the conduct and work performance of the drilling crew to ensure safe and efficient performance. Carries out routine inspections and corrects or reports all hazards.
