Job Summary

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering service in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables if required
  • Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and make recommendations
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the system
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and according to hotel/restaurant standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • Handle billing, process payments, and provide accurate change or receipts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
  • Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant or service area

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic math skills for billing and transactions
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Arabic speakers and fluency in English are required.
