The Service Desk Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining and supporting enterprise IT systems and services. Certified at the associate specialist level in multiple disciplines, such as systems, networks, and security (e.g., MCSA, CCNA-Security), this individual ensures the seamless operation of core systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and requests reported to the RCC-SWA. The Service Desk Administrator also monitors and analyzes both scheduled and unscheduled Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) affecting Defense Information Systems (DISA) and CENTCOM facilities. They interpret network topologies to identify and address Hazardous Conditions (HAZCON) within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR). Equipped with a solid understanding of DISA guidelines and ITIL processes, the Service Desk Administrator is responsible for managing tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely updates, resolution, and customer satisfaction. Red Switch Technician I will be required to operate and maintain the DRSN facility in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Regulations and guidelines. Responsible for organizing and implementing system and office upgrades with Raytheon, DISA and local offices. Prepare and maintain DRSN facility in accordance with various agency checklist requirements such as Quality Control (QC), DRSN Security, DISA Performance Evaluation (PE), Communications Security (COMSEC), etc. Responsible for ensuring subscribers are trained on the features and capabilities of their phone instruments and are operating their DRSN phones within the prescribed security requirements. Responsibilities + Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the Digital Small Switch DSS-2A Monitor trunk and circuit outages as well as the administrative terminal and Enhanced Command Console (ECC). + Perform direct trunk dialing checks over trunk channels associated with the switch to ensure satisfactory operation of voice circuits (at least once each shift and following any trunk failure). + Perform Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) on the switch and peripheral equipment. + Conduct systems checks every 2 hours. + Create and update databases in the administrative terminal using information received from users, Raytheon, and DISA. + Perform database backups to CD-R discs. + Perform database downloads to update switch configurations. + Update and print out telephone console information and line strips for users. + Fabricate custom interface cables using hand tools and wiring diagrams. + Escort individuals requiring access to the Red Switch in the performance of their duties. + Ensure that all outages are reported in a timely manner to the DISA GNOSC, NOC-K, TCF, V2X management for tracking in Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) ticketing system. + Provide hourly status updates to designated agencies regarding outages, etc. + Annotate all activities in the Master Station Log (MSL) database. + Prepare call detail history reports for DISA and military personnel as directed. + Contribute to weekly reports with regard to your additional duties and other assigned tasks. + Complete individual timesheets on a daily basis. + Check the Regional Cyber Center (RCC) website for accuracy regarding authorized service interruptions (ASIs) and outages. + Initiate Quality Control checklists as they pertain to your additional duties. + Update training records as needed. + Update memorandums and technical drawings (including block diagrams and schematics) as directed. + Inventory Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment and document DA Form 2653-R (each shift). + Work with military technical monitor(s), Special Security Office (SSO) and other Department of Defense contractors and civilians including local hires in support of the DRSN mission. + Interface with technicians from Outside Plant, DPW, FMO etc. regarding installations in support of the DRSN mission. + Coordinate with the Raytheon Help Desk for troubleshooting problems that cannot be resolved locally. + Contact the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Help Desk in order to obtain an RMA for processing Depot equipment repairs. + Performs other duties and assignments as required. <p>About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily marine construction activities including dredging, piling, rock filling, quay wall construction, and subsea pipeline support works. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all activities comply with approved method statements, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
