About the Role

TheIn-HouseCollectionSpecialist isresponsibleforoverseeingin-housedebtcollectionactivitiesand overseeing in-house collection juniors.

Responsibilities:

• Overseedailysoftcollectioncallsandcollection processes.

  
  

• Overseecontactingofautopaycustomerstoupdatetheir profiles.

  
  

• Overseetheprocessingofautopayticketsincludingadding,removing,updatingrequestsaswellas overseeing complaints and directly intervening on escalated complaints.

  
  

• Guideandtrainthein-housecollectionjuniorsinallmattersrelatedtocollectionactivitiesensuringthatthese are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

  
  

• Coordinatewithcollectionagencies andlegalfirmsregardingspecificescalatedcaseswherenecessary.

  
  

• Coordinatewithconcernedinternaldepartmentsregardingcollectionactivities.

  
  

• Establish relevant KPIs related to collection activities and review performance reports, tracking debt collection,understandingkeypainpointsandrecommendingactionablesolutionstotheCollectionsManager

  
  

• Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security ManagementSystem(ISMS)policiesandreportanyinformation/physicalsecuritybreachesorincidentsto the supervisor/manager immediately.

  
  

• Beawareof,andadhereto,allenvironmental requirementsassetbythestatutorybodiesinKuwait,orby the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait.
