Define and execute the beauty category strategy aligned with talabat's commercial goals and regional consumer trends. Monitor and drive category KPIs: sales, gross margin, P&L, conversion, and basket size.<br><br>Assortment & Supplier Management<br><br>Curate a compelling and competitive beauty assortment — balancing mass-market, premium, and emerging brands relevant to MENA consumers. Identify and onboard local and regional beauty suppliers and brand partners; negotiate commercial terms including pricing, rebates, payment terms, and exclusivities. Work closely with regional teams to align on international brand contracts and ensure a consistent portfolio across markets. Stay ahead of beauty trends (clean beauty, K-beauty, halal-certified, etc.) and translate them into actionable assortment decisions.<br><br>Pricing & Promotions<br><br>Define pricing strategy for the beauty category in line with market benchmarks and competitor positioning. Conduct regular market price audits across key beauty players in the region. Build and manage the beauty promotions calendar — including seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, gifting seasons, beauty events) and brand-specific activations. Analyze promotional effectiveness and continuously optimize based on consumer data and sell-through performance.<br><br>Cross-functional Collaboration<br><br>Provide input to the Operations team on store flow, product adjacencies, fixtures, and merchandising standards suited to beauty. Partner with Marketing to develop compelling beauty campaigns and content that drive awareness and conversion. Work with Replenishment on forecasting and inventory management to minimize out-of-stocks and overstock for high-SKU beauty ranges.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>What Did We Order?<br><br>3+ years of experience in category management, buying, or commercial roles within the beauty industry — ideally covering skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or fragrance. Experience working with or for beauty retailers, beauty e-commerce platforms, FMCG companies, or beauty brand distributors in an international or regional setting. Strong knowledge of the MENA beauty market: consumer preferences, key brands, distribution dynamics, and emerging trends. <p>The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support our mission critical program in Kuwait. As the selected candidate, you will provide management, customers, and sub-contractors with basic logistics technology and information that ensures effective and economical support for products, service, equipment and systems. Responsibilities: Analyzes various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs. Conducts complex inventory, distribution and network studies, monitor inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times. Collects, processes, and maintains data for analysis. Develops enterprise and/or program-level supply chain reports and metrics in areas such as transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, and delivery processes for senior management. Identifies, evaluates and develops procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives. Recommends improvements to existing or planned logistics processes. Monitors the external environment and internal trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the supply chain. Provides detailed analysis of end-to-end performance. Documents, tracks and reports the flow of materials and equipment between requestor, approver, buyer, vendor, freight forwarder, receiving HUB and receiving site to ensure items are being delivered from the vendor, properly received at the freight forwarder, receipts and invoices match and payments are authorized in a timely manner. Monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to assist in the development of strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals. Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers. Point of contact for order status to requestors, and supply-chain related queries to procurement and freight forwarders. Interacts with customers to understand their distribution network. May participate in inter-departmental task forces charged with improving supply chain performance. Develops new and refines existing internal analysis tools. Provides leadership and guidance to lower level analysts as needed. Knowledge in shipping, receiving, storing, issuing stock control measures and accounting procedures. Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports. Review and verify quantities received against bills of contracts, purchase requests and shipping documents. Unload, unpack, count, segregate, palletize and store incoming supplies and equipment Simplify and standardize the collection and use of maintenance data. Raise the quality and accuracy of performance, cost and parts data through improved maintenance management. Manage the deployment and redeployment of personnel and equipment.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business Administration from an accredited university/college with five plus years of experience in military logistics; or Military equivalent training in logistics and eight years of experience. Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) experience. Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) experience. Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize and execute against multiple priorities. Advanced knowledge of databases and spreadsheets; excellent data entry skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Fluent in the English language including the ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant logistics documentation. Operation and maintenance services inlude, but are not limited to: catapults, arresting gear, and associated mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems involved primarily in aircraft takeoff and landing operations. Inspects, tests, and services component systems such as safety, fuel, lubrication, cooling, air pressure, pumps, regulators, governors, and accessory equipment. Observes and interprets instruments such as ammeters, voltmeters, frequency meters, synchro scopes, automatic temperature and pressure recorders, and engine oil, fuel, and coolant gauges. Adjusts engine generator systems to maintain proper voltage, current frequency, and synchronization. Synchronizes multiple generators. Operates high and low voltage switches, circuit breakers, rheostats, and other controls on switchgear and distribution panels. Performs electrical power control and distribution functions. + Maintains, modifies, and repairs electrical power generating and control systems, automatic transfer switches, aircraft arresting systems, and associated equipment. Performs inspections and interprets findings to determine corrective action. Identifies and records engine and generator malfunctions. Uses precision test equipment, troubleshoots malfunctions, and inspects parts for excessive wear and other conditions. Removes, repairs, and replaces defective power generating equipment components. Performs corrosion control. Inspects and replaces gauges and meters.
