<p>The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:</p>

<li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters, and sanitation fixtures.</li>
<li>Inspect and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.</li>
<li>Maintain proper and safe condition of all plant, plant rooms, equipment and work areas.</li>
<li>Comply with JEMS and all fire, life, health, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and valves.</li>
<li>Maintain and service water filtration, softening, and treatment systems.</li>
<li>Maintain hot and cold-water systems, including calorifiers, boilers, circulation pumps, swimming pools, and fountains.</li>
