This role provides supervisory and administrative support to ensure mission-critical facility systems including HVAC, fire suppression, water treatment, and building automation are maintained in accordance with Air Force CE standards, DoD requirements, and contractual obligations. The Assistant Site Manager acts as a deputy leader, ensuring continuity of operations, quality assurance, and effective communication with government stakeholders and contractor personnel.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist the Site Manager in directing and supervising site personnel and subcontractors.</li><li>Oversee contract operations in the absence of the Site Manager with full delegated authority.</li><li>Provide daily oversight to craft leads and technicians as assigned.</li><li>Help ensure all work is executed in accordance with PWS requirements, Air Force standards, and AFCAP contract obligations.</li><li>Interact with base CE personnel, tenants, and CORs to resolve issues and coordinate maintenance requirements.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for the ACO, COR, and Government personnel in the Site Manager's absence, with the ability to meet on-site within 4 hours as required.</li><li>Provide regular updates on site activities to Task Order Manager, Program Manager, and Government representatives as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.</li><li>Must be able to receive and maintain a valid visa14 or 18 for Kuwait.</li><li>Must have a current, valid U. Responsibilities The KC-130J Avionics/COM/NAV Technician will troubleshoot and/or repair malfunctions in the aircraft avionics/communication/navigation systems and all other supporting aircraft systems that require avionics skills and knowledge. Perform assigned maintenance to specified KC-130J standards, to include performing operational testing procedures and required functional tests in support of the KC-130J maintenance manual series. Performance abilities will include the application of troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing procedures to include the inspection and repair of aircraft wiring/wiring connector, breaker assemblies, component removal, inspection, and reinstallation. In the course of assigned duties will apply a thorough knowledge of electrical, avionics, and COM/NAV engineering principles, techniques, and methods necessary to repair and maintain aircraft, applicable equipment, and systems. Possess competent abilities in the use and application of hand tools, power tools, and associated precision measuring equipment used in support of system testing, evaluation, and operation. Possess the ability to read and interpret manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, diagrams, schematics, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Major Job Activities Description: • Applies and has a thorough working knowledge of COM/NAV and avionics systems to include; aircraft modification procedures and experience with specific avionics systems, e.g., data bus, antennas, software, displays, communications/navigation equipment, systems integration, system/component failure analysis, inspection, repair, and testing of COM/NAV and electrical systems through engineering principles, techniques, and methods in the maintainability of existing KC-130J equipment and systems. • Troubleshoots and/or repairs malfunctions in the aircraft avionics/communication/navigation systems and all other supporting aircraft systems that require avionics skills and knowledge, performing assigned maintenance in compliance with established directives and specified KC-130J maintenance requirement cards (MRC)s and maintenance instruction manuals (MIM)s, to include performing calibration procedures and required functional tests. • Performance abilities include maintenance and serviceability procedures to supported components, to include wiring and wiring connector condition, breaker assemblies, component removal, inspection, reinstallation, and incorporates applicable technical directives and bulletins. • Possess competent abilities in the use and application of hand tools, power tools, and associated precision measuring equipment used in support of system testing, evaluation, and operation, to include complying with established local tool control programs. • Has a strong understanding and ability to interpret maintenance instruction manuals (MIMS) and all associated maintenance publications, orders, and directives and the processes to document such maintenance actions • Read, interpret, and apply manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, diagrams, schematics, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components • Use illustrated parts breakdowns (IPB)s to determine material requirements, research associated part numbers, and order parts to complete maintenance actions. • Has the ability to review, interpret, and apply the assigned maintenance manual procedures in support of assigned maintenance actions. Apply practical knowledge of wiring schematics of aircraft COM/NAV and avionics systems and the interpretation of technical data contained within those schematics and/or sources of maintenance data • Performs periodic special, hourly, conditional, and phase maintenance/isochronal inspections as required by Maintenance Instruction Manuals (MIM)s, Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC)s, manufacturer’s specifications, and all applicable directives, orders, and instructions as directed through Maintenance Control. • Removes, troubleshoots, inspects, reinstalls, and/or replaces aircraft COM/NAV and avionics components, radios, antennas, electrical wiring, and all other associated electronic components that support the operation and use of the aircraft systems/capabilities as directed by approved maintenance manuals/procedures and/or Maintenance Control • Interpret MIMs and all associated maintenance publications, orders, and directives to perform maintenance and use processes to document such maintenance actions, ensuring the accurate entry of data into the locally used computer database system. • Performs applicable “O” and “I” level battery maintenance functions as required per applicable maintenance manuals. • Performs required tasks associated with EKMS as directed by Kuwait Air Force and NAVAIR • Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions, to include cross-training in all required essential technical specialties, to facilitate the removal, inspection, repair/replacement, installation, and test procedures of aircraft component parts, survival equipment (life rafts, first aid kits, etc..), pneumatic systems, environmental control systems, fuel systems, avionics systems, and all associated aviation life support equipment, airframes, and power plants systems. • Inspect, control, and prevent corrosion of aircraft metals and system components using established and approved procedures. • Checkout and operate all necessary support equipment for flight line maintenance of established maintenance procedures/ • Conducts off station maintenance when required. • When necessary, perform other duties and functions critical to the support of the program. Qualifications Education / Certifications: - High School Diploma - Must be able to obtain/maintain the following required certifications/qualifications: - Aviation Gas Free Engineering (AVGFE) certification - Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) run qualification -“I” Level Battery Maintenance certification - Applicable Support Equipment licensing - Electric Shop & Comm Nav (210 & 220) Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) qualification - Electric Shop & Comm Nav (210 & 220) Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR) qualification - Corrosion Prevention and Control qualification - Confined Space Entry certification Experience: • Four years’ maintenance experience in the C-130J Avionics/Communications/Navigations specialty preferred.. • Must have a working knowledge of first aid procedures to be used in an emergency. • Must have a strong knowledge base of aviation maintenance programs, processes, and procedures (example: Safety, Tool Control, HAZMAT, inspection programs, administrative requirements, support equipment, calibration/torque programs & procedures). Specific Requirements: • Must be United States (U.S.) citizen, be able to read, write, and understand the English language • Must be able to obtain a United States Passport. If you currently possess a United States Passport it must have at least 24 months of time remaining before expiration. • Must be able to obtain and maintain at a Secret Security Clearance. • Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License. • Must be willing to follow Kuwait Labor Law policies and able to adhere to and comply with all Kuwaiti Labor and Immigration requirements. • Must be willing to administrate, maintain, and manage maintenance programs (ex. Tool Control, HAZMAT, FOD, MetCal, etc…) as required by local policies. • Must be willing and able to comply with all program functional requirements to include but not limited to: The performance of “I” Level maintenance functions in support of In-Flight Refueling Reel/system maintenance, NLG & MLG Tire re-building, MLG Brake repair/rebuilding, Battery maintenance support, and Oxygen Regulator testing/repair. • Must be willing and able to deploy off-site as required to support Kuwait Air Force operations. • Must be willing to work flexible hours, to include day shift, night shift or weekend duty and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team as required. • Must have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and follow instructions when directed on assigned tasks. • Must have skills and aptitude to cross train and/or support other maintenance technicians in completing assigned maintenance actions, to include but not limited to: The performance and completion of daily inspections (including the ability to inspect/sign off on all associated aircraft maintenance/technician specialties), marshalling/recovering aircraft, fueling, towing, mooring, and conducting post flight procedures to ensure aircraft are properly secured upon completion of maintenance. • As a Subject Matter Expert, must be willing to perform in-depth research, troubleshoot, and perform “O” and “I” level maintenance functions on all applicable aircraft systems and components necessary to return aircraft to a Full Mission Capable status; this includes determining material requirements, researching part numbers, ordering, tracking, and receiving materials as required to facilitate aircraft inspections/repairs. • Must be able to communicate directly with the customer, pilots, air crew members, management, and maintenance personnel to gather and relay pertinent data/information necessary to ensure aircraft depart timely and launches are not delayed. • Must have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications—read, interpret, follow and comprehend schematic diagrams, drawings, charts and technical publications. • Must have an in-depth knowledge (aircraft/vehicle movement and safety/hazards) of flight line operations. • Must be able to overcome cultural differences and to think outside the box, innovate, and provide solutions to the many complex problems and obstacles associated with international contracting and desert climate operations. • Must perform as a team member, contributing to the success of the C-130J maintenance department. • Must be dependable and timely in managing assigned tasks, perform consistent quality maintenance. • Must have a proven ability to work independently with minimal direction. Material & Equipment Directly Used Must have a working knowledge of and be proficient with (input and extract data) of computers, aircraft data debriefing and diagnostic software (DTADS), and maintenance information systems. Working Environment Environmental conditions are diverse and could range anywhere from an office environment where there is little or no physical discomfort to an environment where inclement weather may subject individuals to severe changes in temperature, less than adequate lighting, dust and wind. On occasion individuals may be required to work in areas where high noise hazards will prevail, and hearing protection is required. <p>C-17 Lead Coordinator</p><br><br><br><p><b>Company:</b></p><br><br>Boeing Operations International Incorporated Kuwait<br><br><p>The Boeing Company is currently seeking a<b> C-17 Lead Coordinator</b> to support Boeing Global Services in <b>Al Mubarak Air Base Kuwait</b>. </p><br><br><p>This position is part of the on-site C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program maintenance team supporting the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) C-17 aircraft based at Al Mubarak Air Base Kuwait. Applicant will participate in organizational level maintenance activities (e.g. flight line tasks including aircraft servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and component replacement, and structural repair) associated with day-to-day operations of C-17 Globemaster III aircraft to meet KAF mission requirements.</p><br><br><br><p>As Lead Coordinator you will oversee multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans and manage a major plan. Leads maintenance debrief and records review. Defines project schedule, approves definition, manages resource requirements and parts availability with supply-chain. Tracks quality metrics and initiates corrective action</p><br><br><br><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><br><br><p><span>· </span>English is the primary language of the KAF community on the airbase in Kuwait. All technical data to perform the tasks and training are in English. Competency in reading, comprehension and speaking the English language is necessary.</p><br><br><ul><li><span> Serves as the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) shift leader and is responsible for coordination of all aircraft organizational maintenance activities in a fast-paced, dynamic flight line environment and during recurring Home Station Checks.</span></li><li><span> Directs, trains, and mentors a group of multi-level mechanics/technicians in the execution of daily aircraft launch, recovery, pre/post-flight, maintenance activities, and servicing tasks.</span></li><li><span>Maintains a continuous communication link between touch labor, Field Operations management, Boeing support functions, and KAF flight crews.</span></li><li><span> Works with Logistics Data Management function to develop maintenance plans, including prioritizing, scheduling, and reporting of aircraft/maintenance status and accomplishment unscheduled maintenance activities.</span></li><li><span> Understands the critical relationship between the flying schedule and airworthiness requirements/availability of parts when allocating manpower resources.</span></li><li><span> Utilizes sound judgment and critical thinking to evaluate acceptable quality standards before authorizing exceptional release of the aircraft.</span></li><li><span> Liaisons with internal/external customers as the subject matter expert for KAF aircraft condition and operational capability.</span></li><li><span> Utilizes knowledge/experience to evaluate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans that enhance the overall mission capable rate.</span></li><li><span> Participates with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g., long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives).</span></li><li><span>Manages, develops, and updates CLS processes/procedures.</span></li><li><span>Tracks quality metrics and reports on the health of the organization.</span></li><li><span>Works independently with very little direction and must be resilient to a fluid environment with changing customer requirements.</span></li></ul><br><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><br><br><p><span>· </span>10+ years of C17 Maintenance experience</p><br><br><p><span>· </span>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. <p> We are seeking a commercially driven <b>Head of Traditional Trade Channel</b> to lead and grow the Groceries, Mini-Markets, and Petroleum Food Marts segment. The role is responsible for channel strategy, distribution expansion, profitability, and execution excellence across these outlet types. The ideal candidate will manage a field sales organization to ensure perfect availability, pricing compliance, visibility execution, and strong customer relationships.</p><p> </p><p> <b>Core Responsibilities</b></p><p> <b> 1. Channel Strategy & Growth</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement annual Traditional Trade strategy tailored to groceries, mini-markets, and fuel station food marts.</li><li>Define outlet segmentation, coverage plans, and geographic growth priorities.</li><li>Identify opportunities by pack type, category, and consumption occasion (impulse, take-home, on-the-go).</li><li>Recommend pricing structures, discounts, and trade programs relevant to this channel.</li></ul><p><b> 2. Sales Leadership & Performance</b></p><ul><li>Lead Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, and Van Sales teams.</li><li>Deliver monthly and annual targets for volume, distribution, and revenue.</li><li>Improve numeric distribution, drop size, OSA, and rate of sale in targeted outlets.</li><li>Conduct frequent market rides to assess performance and provide coaching.</li></ul><p><b> 3. Customer & Trade Relations</b></p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with key independent retailers and petroleum convenience operators.</li><li>Negotiate visibility spaces, chillers, secondary placements, and promotional execution.</li><li>Resolve escalated operational issues related to supply, delivery, returns, or pricing.</li></ul><p><b> 4. Route-to-Market Optimization</b></p><ul><li>Manage route planning, outlet frequency, and territory alignment.</li><li>Enhance pre-sell or van-sell efficiency based on outlet type.</li><li>Implement SFA tools and ensure accurate order capture and performance tracking.</li></ul><p><b> 5. In-Store Commercial Execution</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance on:</li><li>product availability</li><li>space and facings</li><li>price integrity</li><li>activation execution</li><li>cooler utilization and productivity</li><li>Coordinate with Trade Marketing for POSM deployment and micro-activations.</li><li>Track competitive activity and recommend rapid countermeasures.</li></ul><p><b>6.
