<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Responsible for all on-site details for executing group events, develop and follow checklist/itinerary, and troubleshoot event problems. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. <h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<p><strong>Sales and profitability:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square feet, sales turnover, shrinkage control, increase in conversion percentage.</li>
<li>Set store sales target to maximize the sales and profitability.</li>
<li>Guide area managers and store managers to maximize productivity in stores through effective utilization of the available resources.</li>
<li>Effective management of the operational costs, reduction in operational costs by automation.</li>
<li>Adhere and enforce company SOP, policies and procedures; loss prevention audit guidelines in all the stores. Also monitor the measures to ensure compliance by all the employees.</li>
<li>Oversee the implementation and execution of the visual merchandising guidelines are followed at all the stores at all times.</li>
<li>Recruit and train the staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per the company and brand requirements.</li>
<li>Evaluate the performance of the employees annually and promote open lines of communication through coaching and motivation.</li>
<li>Interpret and make decision on operations and visual standards based on store and clientu2019s needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employee development:</strong></p>

<li>Identify store training and development needs in conjunction with the brand general manager and training department.</li>
<li>Formulate a succession plan, in conjunction with the brand general manager.</li>
<li>Set KPIs and KRAs for direct subordinates and conduct performance appraisal and feedback.</li>
<li>Involve in the selection and recruitment of the operational staff, when required.</li>
<li>Ensure technical and behavioral proficiency of staff through appropriate learning and development initiatives.</li>

<p><strong>Communication:</strong></p>

<li>Monitor slow-moving and out-dated stock, in consultation with brand managers.</li>

<p><strong>Store design and projects management:</strong></p>

<li>Involve in the design and layout process of the new store projects.</li>
<li>Design a new store schedule prior to commencement of design process.</li>

<p><h4>What will I be doing?</h4>
<p>As guest relations executive, you will directly address the needs of VIP guests and inform other team members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional guest experience. A guest relations executive is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>

<li>Meet, greet and direct guests who enter the lobby area</li>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements</li>

Responsibilities SUMMARY The Common Support Equipment Technician diagnoses malfunctions and repairs Common Support Equipment (CSE); inspects and approves completed maintenance actions; solves repair problems by studying drawings, wiring diagram schematics, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals, technical publications and maintenance actions. The Technician uses automated maintenance data systems to monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, and document maintenance actions. The Technician analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs CSE using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes and hand tools. Diagnoses mechanical and electronic circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test equipment, and technical maintenance data sources. The Technician performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on CSE by inspecting, testing and operating CSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation. Services equipment with required fluids such as oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant and compressed air. The Technician also performs removal, disassembly, repair, cleaning, corrosion treatment, re-assembly and installation of malfunctioning CSE accessories and components. As well as stenciling and marking CSE, storing, handling, labeling, using and disposing of hazardous materials and hazardous waste. The Technician prepares CSE for preservation and mobility deployment. The Technician operates, cleans, inspects and services all assigned support equipment, to include towing vehicles such as Bobtail Ford trucks, Tow Tractors (Tug), and U-30 aircraft tow vehicle. In addition to performing inspections and maintenance, the technician practices good housekeeping, Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage prevention, and safety at all times. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Performs diagnosis and corrective actions, disassembles, inspects, evaluates, and accomplishes necessary repairs according to publication/technical instructions and technical directives on all required support equipment. Determines requirements for repairs, modifications, and part replacements. May be required to verify work performed by another for which he/she is qualified to perform. + Reviews, interprets, and applies the assigned maintenance manual procedures in support of assigned maintenance actions. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers.
