We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Implementation Engineer Storage Solutions to join a leading technology-focused organization in Kuwait. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Dell EMC enterprise storage solutions, SAN/NAS architecture, storage migration, and disaster recovery environments.</p><p>Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer Storage Solutions</p><p>Job Posting Date: 28/06/2026</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Dell Storage Solutions.</li><li>Deploy and manage Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity XT, PowerScale, and ECS Object Storage.</li><li>Perform storage provisioning, zoning, mapping, masking, and LUN management.</li><li>Implement SAN and NAS storage architectures for enterprise environments.</li><li>Handle storage migration between legacy and modern storage platforms.</li><li>Implement and support Disaster Recovery (DR), High Availability (HA), replication, and business continuity solutions.</li><li>Integrate storage systems with VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Linux, Windows servers, and backup solutions.</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot Fibre Channel SAN environments.</li><li>Manage Brocade and Cisco SAN switches, including zoning and fabric management.</li><li>Conduct performance analysis, optimization, health checks, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Support NAS protocols including NFS, SMB/CIFS, and FTP.</li><li>Configure PowerPath / MPIO and enterprise backup solutions.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Proven hands-on experience with Dell EMC Storage Solutions.</li><li>Strong expertise in Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity XT, PowerScale, and ECS.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS architecture and enterprise storage environments.</li><li>Experience in storage migration, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.</li><li>Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, and Windows integration.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.</li><li>Mandatory Requirement: Relevant Dell Technologies Certifications are mandatory.</li></ul><p></p></section>
