<p><b>ROLE OVERVIEW</b></p><p>We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take full ownership of site operations across our active construction projects. <p><br></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate mechanical works for villa projects.</li><li>Manage <b>DX air-conditioning/HVAC installation works</b>, including indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, drainage, ducting, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Review HVAC/mechanical drawings and ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid site conflicts.</li><li>Monitor subcontractors and technicians and ensure proper execution of work.</li><li>Conduct inspections and ensure the quality of installation.</li><li>Coordinate and support <b>testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting</b> of DX HVAC systems.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within the required schedule.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and HSE requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and technical matters.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in <b>Mechanical Engineering</b>.</li><li><b>5–8 years of experience</b> in HVAC/MEP projects.</li><li>Strong practical experience in <b>DX HVAC systems and villa projects</b>.</li><li>Good knowledge of VRF/VRV, split units, package units, ducting, ventilation, and refrigerant piping.</li><li>Experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to read and understand HVAC/MEP drawings.</li><li>Good site supervision and coordination skills.</li><li><b>Kuwait/GCC experience is preferred.</b></li></ul><p><br></p></div>
