<li>Oversee spa booking practices to maximize productivity and room utilization, ensuring efficient scheduling during peak and off-peak hours.</li>
<li>Conduct daily checks of guest areas, including locker rooms, fitness areas, and relaxation rooms, to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper equipment functioning.</li>
<li>Manage inventories and reorder supplies to meet operational demands.</li>
<li>Collaborate with spa management on new procedures to improve service and productivity.</li>
<strong>Team leadership & development</strong><br>
<li>Supervise daily operations of the spa team, including therapists, attendants, and coordinators, ensuring adherence to standards.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions for new hires, maintaining and updating the Spa Training Manual and testing materials quarterly.</li>
<li>Continuously retrain team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.</li>

<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Prepare and cook food following standard recipes, procedures, and presentation guidelines.</li>
<li>Support the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in maintaining recipe consistency and quality control.</li>
<li>Ensure taste, temperature, and portion sizes are consistently met.</li>
<li>Assist in product development and smooth kitchen operations.</li>
<li>Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.</li>
<li>Ensure all kitchen equipment is in proper working order.</li>
<li>Manage ingredient requisitions and maintain adequate stock levels.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing room amenities and special requests.</li>
<li>Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude in all tasks.</li>
<li>Adhere to halal food preparation and service standards.</li>
<li>Follow sanitation protocols and respond appropriately in emergencies.</li>

<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury five-star hotel.</li>
<li>Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).</li>

<li>Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.</li>
<li>Ensure restaurant, tables, and menus are clean, properly set, and guest-ready before each shift.</li>
<li>Maintain station charts, cover counts, and assist with guest preferences using the reservation system.</li>
<li>Provide menu knowledge, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns with professionalism.</li>
<li>Assist with food & beverage service when required and support colleagues in daily operations.</li>
<li>Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures, and work harmoniously with the team.</li>
