The contract serves to support KOC to achieve its objectives of reaching optimum capacity in its oilfields and enhancing its facilities by the most efficient and economical means available.</p><br><br><p>The contract aims to provide project management, co-ordination, planning, design, engineering, construction management, contracting, procurement, project controls and other services for construction of new oil field facilities, up-grading of existing facilities, and transfer of technology.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Primary Objectives</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Identification and control of HSE issues on construction sites</li><li>To coordinate implementation of the KOC PMC Safety policies, HSE Management System and Project specific HSE Management Plans as they apply to the project.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that the site complies with the relevant HSE Legislation and KOC HSE requirements.</li></ul><br><p><b>Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Diploma in Engg. OR B. Sc. Degree</li><li>Candidate who Successfully passed High School with an IOSH or NEBOSH Certification from a recognized and reputed Institute, with minimum 15 Years experience, including seven (7) years’ experience as HSE personnel in the relevant field can also be considered for the position.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 10 years total post-graduation experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas post-graduation experience</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE Supervisor role.</li><li>Must have successfully completed one or more certified HSE course(s) in any category of training in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses.</li><li>Practical experience in identification and control of HSE issues on construction sites within Oil & Gas or similar industries. <li>Sorts used linens into appropriate categories for washing. Sorts out stained or torn linen. Loads and unloads driers.</li>
<li>Shakes wet sheets, table linens and napkins prior to ironing in order to spread them out. Feeds washed linens into ironer. Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens as appropriate.</li>
<li>Sorts clean towels, rugs and robes. Uses towel folder and manual folding for bath towels, washcloths, rugs and robes. Places folded product on appropriate rack.</li>
<li>Operates and maintains folding equipment. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.</li>

Job Summary<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>The Application Engineer assists customers by identifying the best solution for their application, offers and sells complete product solutions from the Flow Controls portfolio, provides commercial and technical support to customers, and strives to deliver the highest standards of customer service while working closely with peers, Outside Sales, Service Engineers, Business Managers, and other stakeholders.<br><br>The Application Engineer will be based in Kuwait or Qatar. Key customers include NOC, Dolphin Energy, QAFCO, QChem, QELNG, and QE in Qatar, as well as KOC, KNPC, and Equate in Kuwait.<br><br>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:<br><br>Provide Applications Engineering, technical, and pricing support to customers in Qatar and Kuwait, including technical presentations and site walkdowns. Perform sizing and selection of control valves and other FCV products, review project specifications, and prepare deviation lists. Prepare customer quotations that are timely, technically accurate, commercially verified, and offer the best overall solution. Conduct direct customer technical sales calls, order closeouts, site walkdowns, and prepare associated reports. Coordinate with GIS and Engineering teams to conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for severe-service applications and complex products.
