Experience
Minimum 20+ years of electrical maintenance experience in the oil & gas or drilling industry.
Minimum 15 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience with KOC or GCC drilling operations is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of drilling rig electrical systems, power generation, MCCs, VFDs, SCR systems, PLCs, transformers, motors, switchgear, and power distribution.
Proficiency in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Experience with CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to manage contractors, budgets, and maintenance resources effectively.
HSE & Certifications
Good knowledge of KOC HSE requirements, PTW, LOTO, and electrical safety standards.
NEBOSH, IOSH, CMRP, HV Switching, or equivalent certifications are preferred. </p><p></p></section>
