<p>Installs and maintains low-voltage (480/277, 600 volts) and below (50/60 HZ) single and multi-phase power wiring. Installs feeder and branch circuits including conduit, service wire, fuse and breaker panels, switches, outlets, junction and outlet boxes, lighting fixtures, splices, connectors, and ground wiring for red and black installations. Ensures that the material used, and workmanship meets the requirements of the applicable technical and safety standards. Provide detailed reports on equipment s failures maintenance requirements and lifecycle replacements. Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections orally or in writing through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning/inoperable equipment. Provide electrical design input to engineering installation plans and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). Provide 24-hour 7-day quick reaction technical support to mission critical equipment s. Supports US Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments. Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift up to 50lbs.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree and 3 plus years of experience or College, Vocational School, or High School diploma or equivalent and a combination of 10 years education and experience leading to licensure as a Master Electrician, or equivalent licensure or certification at a state level; or 12 years experience in an equivalent Military Electrician training/certification. US Citizen with an active TS/SCI is required. <p>About the Role:
We are seeking a competent Site Engineer specializing in civil pipeline works for marine GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipe installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of GRP pipelines in marine and offshore environments, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily pipeline installation activities including trenching, pipe laying, jointing, lamination, and backfilling for marine GRP pipelines
• Ensure all GRP pipe installation works comply with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and international standards (ISO 14692, AWWA M45)
• Monitor trench excavation, dewatering, pipe bedding, and backfilling operations in accordance with project requirements
• Supervise GRP pipe jointing and lamination procedures including adhesive bonding, coupling installation, and flange bolting
• Coordinate with survey teams for pipeline route alignment, setting out, and as-built verification
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Review and interpret isometric drawings, spool drawings, and pipeline alignment sheets
• Prepare and submit inspection requests (RFIs), method statements, and risk assessments
• Monitor material deliveries including GRP pipes, fittings, couplings, and consumables; ensure proper handling and storage
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and QAQC teams for inspections and approvals
• Maintain accurate daily records including progress reports, manpower, equipment usage, and material consumption

<h4>Primary objective</h4>
<p>Development and management of construction and completions capability across PMC projects ensuring that design integrity is not compromised while managing the department in the execution of the process. Managing and executing the projects according to the field contract.</p>
<h4>What you will do:</h4>

<li>Promote and drive the involvement of construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a familiarity and appreciation of capability and ongoing workload of construction’s support providers/contractors.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions personnel.</li>
<li>Technical competence of construction personnel.</li>
<li>Forecast requirement for construction engineering resources and allocate those resources.</li>
<li>Prepare man hour estimates to perform project tasks.</li>
<li>Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives.</li>
<li>Prepare weekly progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis.</li>

<h4>What you will bring:</h4>

<li>Familiar with management of heavy lifting equipment and large earth moving activities.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience of working in the oil & gas industry. Must have proven track record in leading a team.</li>
<li>Pre-commissioning and commissioning and performance testing experience.</li>
<li>Experienced in the specification, evaluation and documentation of equipment.</li>
<li>Work is performed in accordance with broad technical guidelines and with minimal supervision.</li>

<h4>Qualifications / experience</h4>

<li>Full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of total experience post graduate studies.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a lead construction engineer or equivalent.</li>
