This role provides hands-on experience in facilities engineering, preventive maintenance, project coordination, asset management, and building operations.</span></p><br> <p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><br> <ul> <li><span>Support day-to-day facilities, engineering and maintenance activities.</span></li> <li><span>Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring Facilities Management projects.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in site inspections, facility condition assessments, and progress reporting.</span></li> <li><span>Support preventive maintenance planning and asset management activities.</span></li> <li><span>Learn and assist in the use of CAFM/IWMS systems to support Facilities Management operations.</span></li> <li><span>Assist with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project coordination tasks.</span></li> <li><span>Support building operations and maintenance activities for commercial and warehouse facilities.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and engineering best practices.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li> <li><span>Shadow Facilities Engineers to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Facilities Management.</span></li> <li><span>Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong><span>Candidate Requirements</span></strong></span></p><br> <ul> <li><span>Fresh graduate with a <strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering</strong>.</span></li> <li><span>Strong interest in Facilities Management, building operations, maintenance, and engineering projects.</span></li> <li><span>Basic understanding of electrical systems, building services, and maintenance principles.</span></li> <li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</span></li> <li><span>Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional Facilities Management environment.</span></li> </ul> </div>
