Furnishes business and financial information requested by the client concerning the project, as delegated by the Project Manager. <p>Market Execution & Compliance</p><p>• Conduct regular field visits across all assigned retail channels to ensure full compliance with company standards.</p><p>• Monitor the execution of approved Must Stock/No Stock lists, Min-Max levels, planograms, product positioning, and display standards in all outlets through market visits and dashboard monitoring of ERP/Merchandising Applications.</p><p>• Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines, maximizing visibility and customer appeal.</p><p>• Ensure all promotional activities are executed correctly and on schedule across all outlets.</p><p>• Verify promotional pricing, product highlighting, and promotional communication materials are displayed accurately.</p><p>• Monitor product availability during promotional periods and immediately report any execution gaps.</p><p>• Inspect all Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and brand consistency.</p><p>• Conduct regular inspections of display stands and coordinate repair or replacement when required.</p><p>• Ensure all displays and merchandising equipment remain clean, attractive, and in excellent condition.</p><p>Reporting & Follow-up</p><p>• Prepare regular field visit reports with clear findings, supporting photos, and recommended corrective actions.</p><p>• Track the completion of corrective actions until full compliance is achieved.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of execution quality, compliance levels, competitor activities, and merchandising improvements.</p><p>• Provide weekly and monthly execution performance reports to the Business Development Manager, in coordination with the Sales Manager.</p><p>Coordination</p><p>• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Warehouse, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of approved initiatives.</p><p>• Support new product launches by ensuring timely execution of listings, displays, POSM installation, and promotional visibility.</p><p>Sales Performance Monitoring</p><p>• Monitor sales performance at outlet and category level.</p><p>• Analyze sales trends to identify the root causes of sales increases or declines.</p><p>• Investigate performance issues related to internal factors such as stock availability, product assortment, display quality, pricing execution, or operational issues.</p><p>• Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, new product launches, shelf space, and merchandising initiatives.</p><p>• Recommend adjustments to product display space and category allocation based on sales performance and customer purchasing behavior.</p><p>• Identify underperforming outlets and propose corrective actions to improve execution and sales.</p><p>Market Intelligence</p><p>• Continuously gather market intelligence and identify new merchandising opportunities.</p><p>• Monitor competitor displays and collect market feedback through regular field observations.</p><p>• Identify emerging market trends and recommend ideas to strengthen the company’s in-store presence.</p><p>• Share best practices observed across different retail channels.</p><p>Scope of Responsibility</p><p>• Conduct daily compliance audits in company-operated outlets to ensure merchandising standards are maintained without interfering with day-to-day store operations.</p><p>• Act as the company’s field execution representative, ensuring consistent brand presentation across supermarkets, co-operatives, hypermarkets, groceries, central markets, and other retail channels.</p><p>• Ensure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of the services.</p><p>• Any other relevant work assigned by the department manager.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
